Ezhou Airport Economic Zone Group Co., Ltd. is a Type I functional state-owned enterprise at the municipal level, established with capital contributions from both the Ezhou municipal government and the Ezhou Municipal Airport Economic Zone. It is located at the Airport Economic Zone Government Service Hall, situated at the intersection of North Linkong Avenue and Yansha Road within the Airport Economic Zone, Ezhou City, Hubei Province. The company is managed and operated by the Airport Economic Zone on behalf of the Ezhou municipal government.
Ezhou Airport Economic Zone Group Co., Ltd. serves as the market entity responsible for investment promotion, financing, development, construction, and operation within the Airport Economic Zone. Its responsibilities include primary land development, construction of infrastructure and public service facilities, and the development and operation of industrial parks. The company also provides supporting services such as consulting, human resource management, and property management, in addition to engaging in businesses like franchising, securities investment, and venture capital investments.

Ezhou Industry & Trade State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Industry & Trade Co., Ltd.") is an independent legal enterprise funded and established by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Ezhou Municipal People's Government in 2002. In 2015, it was explicitly designated as a Type I Functional state-owned enterprise under Ezhou municipal administration by official documents jointly issued by the General Office of Ezhou Municipal Party Committee and the General Office of Ezhou Municipal People's Government, with a total asset of 1.2 billion yuan.
Its business scope covers the following aspects:
Operation and management of state-owned assets within the scope authorized by the Ezhou Municipal People's Government;
Operation and management of modern logistics and supply chains;
Development of data platforms and provision of big data services;
Ecological restoration of mining areas.
